Application of the Labour Law, Immigration Law, National Pensions Law and Health Insurance Law to public authorities

The Labour Law (2011 Revision), Immigration Transition Law, 2018 [Law 33 of 2018], the National Pensions Law (2012 Revision) and the Health Insurance Law (2018 Revision) shall apply to all public authorities except where there is a conflict with this Law, in which case the provisions of this Law shall apply.
