The Chief Environmental Health Officer may undertake the removal of trade refuse and garbage from premises within the Islands or from premises within any part of the Islands.
The Cabinet shall prescribe an economic charge for removing trade refuse under this section.
The Cabinet may, at the request of the owner or occupier of any premises, undertake to dispose of any refuse or garbage which may be delivered to a place appointed by the Cabinet, and shall make a charge for so doing.
