Exemption from civil liability and indemnity

No act or omission of the Cabinet, the Exchange, any member of the Authority or Council or any other person acting under the direction of the Authority or any officer acting on behalf of the Government under this Law shall subject the Cabinet, the Exchange, that member, officer or other person to any liability, action, claim or demand whatsoever unless that act or omission was reckless or fraudulent.
An Exchange member shall indemnify the Government against any liability, action, claim or demand upon his appointment whatsoever in respect of any act or omission under this Law by such Exchange member when acting in that capacity.
