Council of the Exchange

The business affairs of the Exchange shall be managed by a Council consisting of not less than seven persons appointed by the Authority who shall hold office until their successors are chosen or elected in accordance with the Articles.
The Council may, as provided in the Articles, delegate such duties to such persons as it considers necessary to facilitate the operation of the Exchange and may appoint employees for these purposes.
Subject to this Law, election of the Council shall be conducted in accordance with and in the manner prescribed by the Articles.
All meetings of the Council, and voting at meetings, shall be governed by the Articles.
