The Exchange

The Exchange shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and —
have the sole and exclusive right to —
operate one or more securities markets in the Cayman Islands; and
use the name the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange; and
carry on its business under the powers conferred by and in accordance with this Law and the Companies Law (2013 Revision), insofar as the provisions of such law are not in conflict with any provision of this Law.
