Disqualification from being a Board member

A person who is an elected member of the Cayman Islands Parliament or a member of the Cabinet shall not be appointed as a member of the Board or, where already appointed, remain as a member of the Board.
Members of the Board shall hold office at the Cabinet's pleasure.
