Composition of the Board

The Board shall comprise of —
the following persons appointed from the private sector by the Cabinet —
a Chairperson;
a Deputy Chairperson; and
four other members from the private sector; and
the following public officers who shall hold office by virtue of their public service appointment —
the Director of Commerce and Investment or designate;
the Director of Planning or designate; and
the Director of Environmental Health of the Department of Environmental Health or designate.
