Delegation by the Board

The Board may delegate to the Department any or all of the Board's functions under section 5(a), (b) and (c), except for the grant, suspension, revocation and refusal of licences.
The Board may co-opt any person to attend any meeting of the Board at which it is proposed to deal with a particular matter, for the purpose of assisting or advising the Board, but a co-opted person shall not have the right to vote.
