Application for injunction or order

An application for an order or an injunction under section 24 may be made by —
an employee who believes that detrimental action has been taken or may be taken against him in reprisal for a protected disclosure; or
the designated authority believes that detrimental action has been taken or may be taken in reprisal for a protected disclosure the subject of which is a matter that the designated authority is authorised to investigate under another Law.
