23. (1) If, on making an order under section 21(7)(b), the Disciplinary Tribunal is satisfied that it is necessary for the protection of members of the public, it may order that a licence be suspended or revoked forthwith.
A licensee who is subject to an Order made under subsection (1) may apply to the Grand Court to have the order revoked.
The Grand Court may revoke any order made under subsection (1) and the decision of the Court on any application under subsection (2) shall be final. Accountants Act (2024 Revision) Section 24 c Revised as at 31st December, 2023 Page 23
