Appeals against decisions

27. (1) A person aggrieved —
by the refusal of the Council of the person’s application for registration as a member or for a licence, including an application for the renewal of registration as a member or the renewal of a licence; or
by an order by the Disciplinary Tribunal or the Council under section 21 in relation to a matter concerning the person, may, within three months of the date of the decision, appeal against the decision to the Grand Court and Schedule 2 shall apply in relation to every appeal made under this section.
No further appeal shall lie from the decision of the Grand Court on an appeal made under this section.
