Acquittal of accused person to bar further proceedings

If the court acquits the accused person, the magistrate shall, when requested to do so, make an order for the dismissal of the charge and give the accused person a certificate thereof which, subject to sections 33, 34 and 35, shall without further proof be a bar to any subsequent charge for the same matter against the same person.
