Duties of persons employed

64. (1) Any person employed in a workplace shall make use of all means, appliances, conveniences or other things provided under this Act for the health, safety or welfare of employees, to the extent that that person’s employment involves its use.
No employee shall wilfully interfere with, misuse or damage any such means, appliance, convenience or other things provided under this Act. Labour Act (2021 Revision) Section 65 c Revised as at 31st December, 2020 Page 37
No employee shall wilfully and without reasonable cause do anything likely to endanger themselves or others.
All employees shall follow any procedures in respect of any particular substances or materials prescribed in regulations.
