Ancillary orders

At the time of pronouncing a decree under this Act, the Court shall, as appropriate, make orders for —
the custody, care and control of the children of the marriage, or civil partnership;
the disposition of matrimonial, or civil partnership, property, including the matrimonial, or civil partnership, home;
varying any settlement of the property of the spouses, or civil partners, made in consideration of the marriage, or civil partnership, whether such settlement was made before or upon the treaty of the said marriage, or civil partnership.
varying any other settlement of matrimonial, or civil partnership, property;
making financial provision from the property of either spouse, or civil partner, for the children of the marriage, or civil partnership, and for the other spouse, or civil partner;
providing for periodic payments to be made by either spouse, or civil partner, for the benefit of the children of the marriage, or civil partnership, and for the other spouse, or civil partner; and
costs.
