Any spouse, or civil partner, whose marriage, civil partnership, has been dissolved or annulled under this Act may remarry or enter a new civil partnership—
when the time for appeal against the decree has expired without notice of appeal having been given; or
if notice of appeal has been given then —
upon the withdrawal of such notice; or
after the pronouncement of the judgment of the Court of Appeal confirming the decree,
whichever is appropriate.
