Establishment and management of aids

150. (1) There are established within the coastal areas of the Islands such aids to navigation as may be necessary to facilitate safe navigation.
If it is proposed to establish or discontinue an aid, or alter the lighting characteristics or any other distinguishing features of an aid, the Port Director shall be consulted before any such proposal is carried into effect.
