Claims for expenses and costs

Any person in the Islands claiming to be entitled under Article 6 to be reimbursed by the United States Authority in respect of any expenses incurred shall submit his claim to the Cayman Authority for transmission to the United States Authority.
The Cayman Authority shall have power to tax or make any enquiries to verify the details of any claim submitted under subsection (1) in similar manner to a claim for costs submitted to the Grand Court.
