Implementation of the Treaty

This Law shall apply for the purpose of giving effect to the terms of the Treaty, which has legal effect in the Islands, for the provision of mutual assistance between the authorities in the United States and the Islands, for the suppression of criminal offences of the nature and in the circumstances provided in the Treaty, including any such ancillary civil or administrative proceedings by either of the Parties as are mentioned in paragraph (3)(c) of Article 19.
