Service of notices and documents

For the purposes of this Law and the Treaty, the service of any notice or document shall be sufficient if delivered by hand or posted by registered post to the registered or other office of the addressee. Affidavit testimony of delivery of the notice or document by hand or supporting the registration certificate shall be deemed sufficient proof of such service.
