Journals printed by order of the Parliament to be admitted as evidence

Upon any enquiry touching the privileges, immunities and powers of the Parliament or of any member, any copy of the journals printed or purporting to be printed by any printer authorised by the Cabinet shall be admitted as evidence of such journals in all courts and places without any proof being given that such copy was so printed.
