Civil process not to be served within precincts of Parliament

Notwithstanding anything provided by any other law to the contrary, no process issued by any court of the Islands in exercise of its civil jurisdiction shall be served or executed within the precincts of the Parliament while it is sitting or through the Speaker, the Clerk or any member of the Parliament.
