137. (1) A person who applies, administers to or causes to be taken by another person any drug, matter or thing with intent to stupefy or overpower that other person so as to enable any person to have unlawful carnal knowledge of such person commits an offence.
No person shall be convicted of an offence under subsection (1) upon the evidence of one witness only, unless that witness is corroborated in some material particular by evidence implicating the accused. Section 138 Penal Code (2026 Revision) Page 62 Revised as at 31st December, 2025 c
