25. Where a thing causes or may cause loss or damage to public land or facilities on public land in the opinion of an inspector or deputy inspector, that inspector or deputy inspector may do one or more of the following —
require the person having charge, management or control of the thing to detain it at the place where it is found;
require the person having charge, management or control of the thing to remove it;
cause the thing to be removed from the place where it is found and give a receipt for it. Summary conviction offences
