Plea of "not guilty"

33. (1) A person who wishes to enter a “not guilty” plea may request a trial by signing the request for trial on the ticket and delivering it to the Clerk of Court within twenty-eight days of being served.
On receiving the request for trial, the Clerk shall enter the plea of “not guilty”.
