Payment of fixed penalty

32. (1) A person who pays the fixed penalty set out in the ticket within twenty- eight days after being served is not liable to conviction for the offence specified in the ticket.
Payment of a fixed penalty shall be made to the Commission and shall form part of the general revenue of the Islands.
