Street musicians, etc.

Any householder personally, or by his servant or any constable, may require any street-musician, juggler, dancer, actor or showman to depart from the neighbourhood of the house of such householder; and every person who sounds or plays upon any musical instrument, or makes any other noise or disturbance in any thoroughfare near any house, after being so required to depart, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of twelve dollars.
