Application for registration

An application for the registration of a trade mark shall be made to the Registrar.
The application shall contain —
a request for registration of a trade mark;
the name and address of the applicant;
the name and address of the registered agent;
a statement of the goods or services in relation to which it is sought to register the trade mark;
the classification of the goods or services; and
a representation of the trade mark.
The application shall be subject to payment of the application fee and such class fees as may be prescribed.
