81. A person who is, before any court, indicted or charged with —
manslaughter in connection with the use of a vehicle, may be convicted of an offence under section 75, 76 or 79;
an offence under section 75, may be convicted of an offence under section 76; or
an offence under section 76, may be convicted of an offence under section 77.
