There shall be a President of the College who shall be appointed by the Board with the prior approval of the Minister.
The President shall be the head of the College and shall —
supervise the academic work of the College;
supervise and direct the academic, administrative and other staff of the College;
present to the Board an annual Report on the work of the College; and
perform such other duties as may be assigned or delegated by the Board.
Disciplinary action may not be taken against the President by the Board except with the prior approval of the Minister.
In the temporary absence of the President, and in the absence or in the case of non-appointment of a Vice President, the Board shall appoint one of the Deans of the College to act as President; and such an appointment shall not exceed six months without the prior approval of the Minister.
