Secondment of public officers

The Governor, in his discretion and subject to such conditions as he may impose, may approve the secondment of any public officer for service with the College.

Any public officer seconded under subsection (1) shall, in relation to salary, pension, gratuity and the like and to other rights and to discipline, be treated as if he was not so seconded.
