Balancing revenue and expenditure

It is the duty of the Board to exercise and perform its functions so as to ensure that, taking one year with another, its revenues are sufficient to meet all sums properly chargeable to the College, including, without prejudice to the generality of that expression, provisions in respect of any general directions under section 15.
