Appellate jurisdiction

The Court shall have and exercise jurisdiction in respect of appeals from the Summary Court in accordance with the Summary Jurisdiction Act (2025 Revision) and the Criminal Procedure Code (2026 Revision), and shall sit for the purpose of hearing any such appeals once at least in every three months, and may sit for such purpose at any other time if the Judge deems it expedient.
