Judicial and other officers not to act for private persons

No Judge or officer of the Court shall act as a legal practitioner or legal agent in any cause or matter whatsoever unless specifically authorised in that behalf by this or any other law and, when so acting in accordance with such authorisation, such Judge or officer shall pay into the Treasury any fee charged in respect of the services rendered by that Judge or officer of the Court in such cause or matter.
