Misleading, impeding or obstructing the Registrar

A person shall not knowingly give false or misleading information to the Registrar.
A person shall not wilfully obstruct or impede the Registrar in the exercise of the Registrar's duties.
A person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine ten thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of two years, or to both.
