Reserved judgment by person ceasing to be a judge of the court

If a judge or magistrate having reserved judgment, ceases to be a judge or magistrate of the court in which judgment is reserved before that judge or magistrate has delivered their judgment, the judge or magistrate may, at any time within two months after that judge or magistrate has so reserved judgment, lodge with the Clerk of the Court their written judgment of the matter reserved and such written judgment shall, at the first opportunity, be read in the court by a judge or magistrate of the court and such judgment shall take effect in all respects as if the person who reserved judgment had continued to be a judge or magistrate of the court.
