Duties of the Bailiff

The Bailiff shall attend the court when required by the court so to do and shall serve all process, summonses and orders as shall be entrusted to the Bailiff for service and shall execute all warrants, precepts and writs issued out of the court and shall, in the execution of the Bailiff’s duties, conform to the rules and, subject thereto, obey the orders of the court.
