Seal and execution of documents

The seal of the Council shall be authenticated by the Chief Justice and one other member of the Council authorised by the Council to do so.
The seal of the Council shall be judicially noticed.
The Council may, by resolution, appoint an officer of the Council, either generally or in a particular case, to execute on behalf of the Council a document not under seal.
