Appointment of secretary and staff

The Chief Justice shall, after consultation with the Deputy Governor, appoint —
a public officer as the secretary to the Council; and
such other public officers as the Chief Justice thinks are necessary for assisting the Council in the proper performance of its functions under this Act.
