Annual licence fee

Every company to which a licence is granted shall, on or before the anniversary date of the grant of the initial licence and on or before that date every year thereafter during the subsistence of that licence, pay to the Government the prescribed annual licence fee.
Any licensed company which fails to pay the fee provided for by this section commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of forty dollars for each month during which such fee remains unpaid.
The Board shall publish annually, by Government Notice, the name of every licensed company that has paid the fee provided for by this section.
