The Cabinet may make such regulations as may be necessary for the purpose of carrying into effect this Act and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, such regulations may —
prescribe the method of giving notice under this Act and the date on which such notice shall be deemed to have effect;
make provision for all matters consequential on the making of an order for the revocation of a licence under section 11(5).
make provision for the notification of any change in relation to a shareholder in a local company or an exempted company carrying on business in the Islands becoming or ceasing to be Caymanian and the determination of any question of whether or not a shareholder is Caymanian;
prescribe all matters that are required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, including fees;
prescribe the forms, notices, licences, books, registers and other documents to be used and the information and particulars to be given for the purposes of, and in connection with, this Act; and
provide for the giving of public notice of an application or other matter or under, or pursuant to, this Act.
