The provisions of section 15 of the Immigration (Transition) Act (2022 Revision) apply in respect of this Act.
References in section 15(1) of the Immigration (Transition) Act (2022 Revision) to the proper performance by a member of the Board of that member's duties under that law include the proper performance of that member's duties under this Act.
