The Director shall —
advise the Steering Group on the work of the Financial Reporting Authority and in particular on matters that could affect public policy or the priorities to be set by the Financial Reporting Authority; and
prepare and submit to the Steering Group no later than three months aft er the date of the end of the financial year an annual report reviewing the work of the Financial Reporting Authority and containing such other information as the Steering Group in its discretion shall require.
