For the purposes of this Act property is free unless an order is in force in respect of it under —

section 29 of the Misuse of Drugs Act (2017 Revision);

section 28 of the Terrorism Act (2018 Revision) (forfeiture orders); and

section 87, 96 or 118 (2) of this Act .
