The Registered Land Act (2018 Revision) —
applies in relation to interim receiving orders as it applies in relation to orders which affect land and are made by the court for the purpose of enforcing judgments or recognizances; and
applies in re lation to applications for interim receiving orders as it applies in relation to other pending land actions.
