Power to require names and addresses

30. A person who having been asked by a police officer in the execution of that police officer’s duty to give that person’s name and address refuses so to do or gives a false name or address commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine of three thousand dollars or to imprisonment for one year or to both.
