Arrest for further offence

80. Where —
a person —
has been arrested for an offence; and
is at a police station in consequence of that arrest; and
it appears to a police officer that, if the person were released from that arrest, the person would be liable to be arrested for some other offence, that person shall be arrested for that other offence.
