Where the Director of Public Prosecutions seeks a recovery order of any kind, the court shall not make a recovery order if it thinks that the Director of Public Prosecutions ’ right to recover property which is the original property or represents such property has been fully satisfied by a previous recovery order or order under section 102 .
Where that right has not been fully satisfied the court may, to the extent required, make a recovery order in respect of —
only some of the related items of property; or
only a part of the related items of property.
