Supplementary: applications for disclosure orders

An application for a disclosure order may be made ex parte to a judge in chambers.
The Rules Committee may make rules of court providing for the practice and procedure to be followed in proceedings relating to disclosure orders.
An application to discharge or vary a disclosure order may be made to the court by the Director of Public Prosecutions or any person affected by the order.
The court may discharge or vary a dis closure order.
Subsections (2) to (4) do not apply to orders made for the purposes of a civil recovery investigation. Customer information orders
