This section applies to a receiver appointed under sect io n 52 .
The receiver may apply to the court for an order giving directions as to the exercise of that receiver ’s powers.
Any person affected by action taken by the receiver or any person who may be affected by any action the receiver proposes to take may apply to the Grand Court.
On an application under this section the court may make such or der as it believes is appropriate.
