For the purposes of confiscation or a money laundering investigation, each of the follow ing is an offence r elating to money laundering —
an attempt, conspiracy or incitement to commit an offence specified in section 133 , 134 o r 135 ;
aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of an offence specified in section 133 , 134 o r 135 .
